The 1xv travelled the short distance down the M77 for their away fixture at Cartha, who have been unbeaten this season in the opening 5 games.

The game started at pace. Whitecraigs playing well but conceding two tries in the opening minutes to trail 12-0 before Whitecraigs got rewarded for their attacking innovation scoring and converting for 12-7. Whitecraigs scored twice again before half time but the home team ran in tries for 36-19 at the break.

Whitecraigs scored some sensational tries for a further fourteen points in the second half against the opponents Cartha whose tries tallied up to a final score 72 -33.

A valuable away 4 tries bonus point, the only team in the league to achieve this so far this season, and 33 points scored against Cartha who’s worst points conceded this season in a match is 15 up to today’s match against ‘The Mighty’
